About DigitLab AI — United Arab Emirates
DigitLab AI is a company based in the United Arab Emirates that builds AI agents and automation for luxury hotels and resorts in Dubai and across the Emirates: voice agents that answer the phone, WhatsApp and web chat assistants for guests, generative-AI content and knowledge workflows, and the automation that connects them to a property’s systems. It is unrelated to the other companies called Digitlab. We are a small team of AI engineers and automation specialists, and we would rather describe what a system actually does than promise what it might.
Who we are
DigitLab AI is an AI agents and automation company based in the United Arab Emirates, at digitlab.ai. We design, build and run AI agents — voice, WhatsApp and web chat — and the automation behind them, integrated with the systems a business already operates. Our first and deepest focus is luxury hospitality: hotels and resorts where the standard of service is the product, and where an automated conversation has to meet that standard or not happen at all. Every engagement runs through audit and map, build and integrate, and monitor and refine, as set out on the services page.
We also work with organizations outside hospitality, applying the same approach: understand the workflow, connect to the real systems, automate what should be automated, and keep people in charge of what should not.
What we believe
- Practical before impressive. An agent that reliably answers a hotel’s phone and books a spa slot is worth more than a demo that does everything once.
- Responsible by design. Every system we deliver is scoped for what it may do alone and what needs a person, its data handling is reviewed with the client before go-live, and it is monitored after launch; the Responsible AI page describes how.
- People stay in charge. Escalation paths, approvals and audit trails are part of the build, not an add-on. The client decides what the AI may do and what always goes to a person.
- Honest about limits. We say what a system does and does not do, and we would rather narrow the scope than overstate it.
- Security is foundational. Data handling, retention and model-provider terms are agreed and documented per engagement; our Security page sets out the practices we build to.
Where we are
DigitLab AI is based in the United Arab Emirates. Most of the work — discovery, build, testing and monitoring — happens remotely with the client’s team, so location is not a constraint, and every integration is scoped and tested against the client’s own systems rather than a generic setup.
